SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours excluding weekends.
  • Orders placed during high volume seasons, sales or holidays are subject to extra processing time.
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Once your order is placed, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package in transit
  • Once a package is handed over to the carrier; it is up to the carrier to decide what routes to take in order to deliver the shipment.
  • Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off at the carrier. Your tracking link will have contact information should you need to contact the carrier.
  • Shipping cost is non-refundable in the event the order is delayed, destination address was incorrect or if the order contained free shipping.
  • We ship to domestic and international locations from the United States.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN THE USA)

Most US orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days after being processed, but can take up to 7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may incur delays due to International custom procedures.

Packages shipped internationally may be subject to customs and duties.

MAS SUPPLEMENTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING CUSTOMS AND DUTIES CHARGES.

Please be advised that there may be slight delays in the delivery of your package, as carriers may require additional time depending on your area of delivery.

Standard shipping- Under normal circumstances shipping can take up to 14 business days from the shipping date.

Unfortunately, we can’t ship to some countries because they’re very strict on what supplements they will and won’t allow to cross their borders, and too many customers were losing their orders.

Orders Returned to Sender- If a package is refused, abandoned OR returned to sender due to unpaid customer fees, a refund will not be issued.

LOOKING FOR YOUR PACKAGE?

Some orders get marked as delivered by our fulfillment house when they’re actually a day or two away.

We also encourage you to check around your property, with your neighbors and with those who reside in your home in the event that they might have received the package for you.

If there is a management office or leasing office that might have received it for you.

If your order hasn’t arrived within two business days of being marked as delivered, contact us and we’ll help you out.
