    Big impact on my VO2

    I kind of hit a plateau last fall so this winter and spring I really wanted to get my VO2max number up. I spent months training with almost no change to baseline.     Great but wish it had caffeine

    I love the concept of this product, but I wish it had caffeine to really be called a “pre workout”. I just didn’t feel like it made me excited to workout like some other pre workouts ive tried.
